BOOKING: To limit any confusion, all appointments must be scheduled through the online booking system. Once accepted, you will receive confirmation to the phone number and e-mail address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request, please contact us.
PAYMENT: A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required when booking online. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service. Payments are due at the time of service. Cash and all major cards are accepted. No refunds will be issued. Pre-payment plans are available by request.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will result in forfeiting $50 booking fee.

RESCHEDULES: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the appointment and the $50 booking fee will be applied to the new booking. If the appointment is rescheduled within that 72 hour window, you will be required to pay an additional $50 booking fee to secure your next appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be required to secure your next appointment.

NO CALL / NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, $50 booking fee will be forfeited and another $50 booking fee will be required to secure your next appointment.

CORRECTIVE WORK: If you have had permanent cosmetics preformed by another artist, please schedule a consultation or e-mail photos of the area before booking an appointment. Corrective treatments may require more touch ups than the average person due to the old pigments left in the skin. Corrections are taken on a case by case basis and some work may require removal before starting. DaVinci will not be held responsible for contraindications caused by the old permanent cosmetics.
